Do you have a piece I'm looking at in stock?
We have some of our pieces in stock at our Flagship store in Chennai. Please check with our Customer Care Team if you'd like to try the piece before buying it on our website.
Can I see the piece on a model?
If the piece is in stock at our store in Chennai, our Customer Care Team can take a picture of the piece on a model for you. Alternatively our amazing design team can show how the piece looks on a virtual mannequin. Reach out to us on Whats App at +91-9360254044 to request the service.
Where is your jewellery made?
Most of the jewelry is hand-made at our workshop in Chennai, India. Some of the designs are outsourced to our manufacturing partners across India.
Do you have a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, we have a one-year warranty on all our jewelry and a 7-day satisfaction guarantee return policy. The one-year warranty is valid for quality of our workmanship. If you damage a piece, we'd be happy to repair it for you at a reasonable price. The warranty is void if another jeweler resizes or modifies the pieces, since alterations,when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

I cannot find the piece anymore on the website. Can I still order it?
We do occasionally update our selection and remove pieces we used to offer. In case you are not able to find the piece on our website anymore, please call our Customer Care at +91-9840702969 or email us [email protected] to place an order.
Why did the price change on the piece I have been planning to purchase? Can I lock the price?
At Gehna, we handcraft every piece of jewellery from scratch. We do so to ensure you get exactly what you want. Our team constantly works to make sure we find the highest quality gemstones and precious metals. This is the level of service our customers count on and because of this, prices we pay to our suppliers may vary, hence we update the prices based on the trends in the market. Sometimes prices may go up and sometimes they will go down, (yes, really! ;)). This is the reason you are seeing a different price today than you may have seen in the past. But the most important thing is that you can rest assured you are getting the highest quality gemstones, metals, and workmanship from us.
How much does shipping cost?

What is the estimated delivery time?
Delivery time of the piece depends on availability. If we do not have the piece in stock, we will have to hand-craft it for you. Once you add a piece to the cart with your postal address, we will tell you the estimated delivery time. In most cases, if the product is in stock we take 2-3 days for delivery within India & if we have to make it to order, it takes about 10-14 days. How safe is my product?
All our products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit. Please rest assured about safety of your beautiful jewellery when you order.

Is my package insured? Do I have to be home to collect my package?
All packages we send are insured. A signature and ID proof is required on delivery of order. You will receive an email that your package is on it's way.
How do I check if you deliver to my pin-code?

How do I return my purchase?
We offer an exceptional 7-day money-back-return policy on any jewellery purchased with us. Send back your jewellery in original condition, with the jewellery invoice attached, for a full refund. All you pay is return shipping. Contact our Customer Care Team - +91-9840702969 for arrangements.
Will I have to pay for shipping my products back to you?
Yes, in case you decide to return a product, you will be charged for return shipment.
How long does it take to get a refund?
After receiving your returned order, our team would inspect it and credit the amount in 4-5 working days. It depends on your card issuer on how long it takes to reflect in your account.
Do you take return of International shipments?
Sorry, for international shipments due to logistic challenges we do not have a return policy.
Can I commission a custom design from scratch?

Do you offer trial of jewellery for custom orders?
We offer trial of custom-made orders at our boutique in Chennai. If you'd like to take a trial please let us know and we'll make the arrangements for the same at our store in Chennai.
Can I order designs on your website with different gemstones & size?

Are your gemstones natural?
Yes all our gemstones used in the jewellery are natural.
Is your jewellery hallmarked?
Yes all our jewellery is BIS Hallmarked. Stay assured of the best from us.
What is the quality of diamonds used in your jewellery?
All our diamond jewellery is made with EF-VVS graded diamonds. Incase you'd like to use diamonds of lower quality in any of the designs on our website, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team +91-9840702969 or just e-mail us at [email protected] with your specs and we will do our best to source them for you.
From where are your gems & diamond sourced?
It is not always possible to tell from where a gemstone or diamond originated after it has been cut and polished. But at Gehna we choose our suppliers carefully and do our best to assure that all precious & semi-precious stones we sell are responsibly mined.
Do you sell conflict free diamonds?
We at Gehna believe in fair trade practices. We take special care to source from vendors who sell only conflict free diamonds.
Can I order designs on your website with CZ stones?
We love creating heirlooms that last for generations. Why not trying beautiful gemstones like white sapphire or white topaz than using something that's made in a factory. Consider affordable colorful gems such as amethyst, citrine or garnet. You'll thank us later!
Can you make jewellery with our gemstones or diamonds?
Sorry, we do not undertake custom-made orders with client's gemstones & diamonds. Setting gemstones is a risky business and we'd rather not assume the risk of breaking or damaging your gem.
Do you match prices if an item purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Gehna does not price match. Our prices are calculated using current prices of metal and gems to give you the best rate possible. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
What happens if a ring I bought from your website does not fit me?
Gehna offers one free re-sizing within 15 days of delivery. All you have to pay is shipping. Re-sizing can take two-three weeks depending on the style. Some styles may not be resizable; we'll let you now before we complete your order.
Can I take the ring to local jewelers for re-sizing?
Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept return of items that we have been modified by someone else. This also voids the warranty, because these modifications, when done incorrectly damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
What if there is a problem with my purchase?
Gehna offers one year warranty on all its products. Incase of manufacturing defect, we will repair it for free and pay for the shipping too. Please call or email our Customer Support Team & we'll be happy to address your issues. We want you to enjoy your piece and not leave it sitting inside the box!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Cash on Delivery & Net Banking through out payment gateway partner on the website. You can also send us a cheque. Just call us at +91-9840702969 & we'll help you with the details.
Is it safe using my credit/debit card on your website?

When will I get the delivery of my order?
Your order will be delivered within 4 working days after the payment of your last instalment.
Can I cancel the order if I am not able to pay? What happens to my money if I have not paid all my installments timely?
Yes, you can cancel the order or use credit for purchasing another product. However 10% cancellation charges will be levied if you choose to take refund. If you have not completed your instalments within your tenure or in a timely manner, the product price will be updated as per the current market value.
What if I do not receive the product even after making all my payments? What is the guarantee that I will get my order?
We have system generated emails sent to our customers for every payment made as well as the order status. Additionally, you can contact our support team at [email protected] or What’s App +91-9840702969 to receive an updated account statement.
Are there any documents required for this EMI?
No, there are no documents required for this monthly instalment plan. Add products to your cart & keep shopping!
Is there any fixed date that I have to make payment, what if I fail to pay on a particular month?
No, there is no fixed date. Payment is flexible, i.e. you can pay these installments at your convenience. Our support team will be in touch with you & send a payment link. However, it is mandatory to make on payment every month ( within 31 days of previous payment) and complete the payment within the fixed tenure, failing which you will be considered a defaulter. In case of defaulters, benefit of the plan will not be applicable and the price in the order will be updated according to the current gold rate on the website.
Would the EMI be deducted from my account automatically?
No the EMI will not be auto-deducted from your account. We do not store your bank or card details. Our customer support team will send you a payment request every month of the EMI amount.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay via Net Banking, NEFT, Credit Card, Debit Card or UPI transaction like Google Pay.
How do I pay my installments?
Our support team will contact you each month for the EMI payment via Whats App or Email and send you a payment link.
Can I pre-close my EMI?
Yes you can pre-close your EMI if the prices of the products drop. Please contact our support team on Whats App at +91-93602 54044 and our team they will help you close the EMI.
Will discounts be applicable for my products?
Any discounts on the products at the time of down-payment will be applicable. In case there is discount on the product during the EMI tenure you will not be allowed to pre-close the EMI.
Can International customers avail this discount?
No this is applicable only for customers in India. Currently we do not have option for International customers. Sorry.
Is there a minimum Cart Value to avail EMI plan?
Yes the minimum cart value is 10000 INR to avail the EMI plan.
Can I cancel the order after completion?
Yes you can cancel the order. We deduct 10% fee on the current price of the product and will refund you the amount to you.
