When you are a working woman, it is important to dress work-appropriate. A well-fitted pair of trousers or pencil skirt and a crisp shirt comes to my mind, when I think of office-wear. To look sophisticated and put-together, jewelry plays an important role as well. While statement and bold jewellery pieces are best for a night out, subtle and dainty pieces are perfect for the office environment. So when I stumbled upon these beautiful pieces by Gehna, I fell for it immediately.
Gehna is a jewelry brand based out of Chennai. Established in 1996, they are known for handcrafted and customized beautiful jewelry in gold & silver. Their pieces are worn by many brides and their designs have appeared in magazines a number of times.
Extending their line, they are launching a new collection called, ‘Tints and Tinges‘, light weight and handcrafted 925 sterling silver jewelry which is specifically designed for modern day working women. All the pieces from this collection have very feminine pastel shades and dainty clear lines, making it perfect for the office.
I am wearing a bracelet, pendant and drop earrings called ‘Peridot, Rose Quartz & Green Tourmaline’ which are the names of gemstones settled with a bezel setting. I personally love the colour combination of pink & green and I decided to wear them with the classic workwear combo, crisp white shirt and black pants with black heels and studded black bag.
Here is my whole look :
